Natalie V. Nagthall, Ed.D.

A recognized leader in business and higher education, Natalie V. Nagthall currently serves as the Guided Pathways Lead Regional Coordinator for the Los Angeles, Orange County and South Central regions. Leveraging her more than 20 years of expertise in business development and organizational strategy, she began her career in academia as adjunct faculty with the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD).  Natalie’s specialties includes professional development, innovative pedagogies including culturally relevant instruction, anti-racist education, curriculum design and workshop development. She is also a sought-after expert in product and organizational development as well as project and brand management. Natalie has been a featured guest lecturer and panel moderator at various colleges and universities throughout Southern California. In addition, she is also an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology. The Brooklyn, New York native earned a BS in Marketing and Logistics/Transportation from the University of Maryland, College Park and an MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. Natalie received her Ed.D. in Organizational Change and Leadership at the University of Southern California, Rossier School of Education. Her dissertation explores the use of culturally relevant instructional practices in STEM under the title, “(Re)Imagining STEM Instruction: An Examination of Culturally Relevant Andragogical Practices to Eliminate STEM Inequities Among Historically Minoritized Students in Community Colleges.” Enthusiastically committed to community service and public policy, she was honored to receive numerous commendations from various city and state leaders.  During her free time, Natalie enjoys binge-watching shows and movies, entertaining and traveling, especially to Italy.
