Kyler Thompson

Kyler is the Business Operations Program Coordinator for the Success Center. She is the primary contact for administrative services and executive-level scheduling and support. Kyler also oversees contract services, Success Center communications, and Teams integration.
Kyler Thompson resides in the Bay Area of California, where she received her associate degree and three certificates in the LGBT education studies program. She is presently a liberal arts transfer student at the University of Nevada, Reno, and studies gender, race, and identity. Her passions are community service and BIPOC advocacy work, so being able to help others who are in need is her purpose. Kyler has been at the forefront of the support of LGBTQ in the bay area. She has been able to work with other LGBTQ organizations, propose gender-neutral bathrooms, and propose the recognition of June as the official Pride month at Napa Valley College. The Pride Month proposal was approved by the Napa Valley College Board of Trustees in June 2021.
Over time these ventures have shown optimistic impacts on Kyler’s life. She is grateful for the opportunity to build great support for the community. Being a valuable asset has allowed Kyler to stay inspired in her forthcoming ambitions.
