Kimberly Faustino

Kimberly Faustino is the Associate Director of Business Operations for the Success Center overseeing the program’s business operations, portfolio management, and strategic planning processes. As a first-generation college graduate and former community college student she is extremely passionate about improving student success outcomes and eliminating systematic barriers to achieve a more equitable system. Kimberly brings over a decade of experience working in proprietary and public higher education systems doing recruitment, admissions, strategic planning, evaluation, project/program management, budget management, and business operations. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University and is currently in pursuit to obtain a Master’s of Science in Project Management and Data Analytics at Northeastern University.
