Guided Pathways

The Guided Pathways Implementation Team is a group of regional coordinators dedicated to supporting California community colleges and districts in their implementation of the Guided Pathways framework. The Guided Pathways framework creates a highly structured approach to student success that provides all students with a set of clear course-taking patterns to promote better enrollment decisions and prepare students for future success.

As Guided Pathways Regional Coordinators, we provide student-centered, tailored coaching to help faculty and staff across the California’s Community College system to improve student success. We foster relationships to build capacity, facilitate connections, disseminate resources and tools, and elevate best practices in order to catalyze the development and scale of innovative, high-impact student success strategies.

GPRC’s work under the guidance of the Guided Pathways Leadership Team. All of us are equity-minded educators who have diverse experiences as community college students, faculty, staff, and administrators, and have worked for community college partner organizations including industry, governmental, and/or community partners.
