- We partnered with the Aspen Institute to develop a Trustee Fellowship, engaging teams of trustees and district chancellors in a curriculum centered on why transformational change is important to advance student success and how boards can support it.
- We partnered with Spitfire Strategies to help Chancellor’s Office staff use communications strategies to achieve programmatic, divisional and organizational goals.
- We partnered with JFF to develop a multi-year change management plan for the Chancellor’s Office and worked with Outside Angle to help the leadership team build the necessary skills to implement it.
We spark innovation and support a strategic risk-taking culture by carrying forward Chancellor’s Office priorities from ideas to design and implementation.
