Sara Adan is a Senior Data Specialist at the Success Center where her current work focuses on leveraging the California Community College Chancellor's Office student data to help the Chancellor's Office meet its strategic priorities and shine a light on inequities within the system. Prior to joining the Success Center, Sara worked for a variety of organizations such as the Public Policy Institute of California, Wheelhouse: The Center for Community College Leadership and Research, California Competes, The Century Foundation, and College of Alameda. She is a proud community college alum who holds a PhD in Education with an emphasis on School Organization and Education Policy from the University of California, Davis, a master’s in Public Policy and Administration from Sacramento State University, and a bachelor’s of science in Applied Psychology from New York University.
