Rachel Croopnick is a Policy Specialist at the Success Center for California Community Colleges. In this role, she provides research, data analysis, and policy development support for the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office (CCCCO) on policies aligned with the Vision for Success goals. Prior to joining the Success Center, Rachel worked at an education policy and research center and did her graduate thesis research on student success in the CCC system for Black men. She is passionate about access to quality public education, having attended public K-12, ungraduated, and graduate schools in California. Rachel received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master’s with distinction in Public Policy and Administration from Sacramento State.
