Priscilla Pereschica is a Policy Specialist at the Success Center for California Community Colleges. In this role, she provides research, data analysis, and policy development support for the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office (CCCCO) on policies aligned with the Vision for Success goals, student success, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Priscilla is a first-generation college student and has dedicated her career to public service and education, with a focus on improving student success and outcomes, particularly for minoritized students. Prior to joining the Success Center, Priscilla has worked in local government, student affairs, academic programming, and institutional research and planning. She has conducted research on the collegiate experiences of minoritized students and Hispanic-Serving Institutions. Priscilla earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in political science from Fresno State and her Masters of Arts degree in educational leadership and organizations from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
