Jodi Lewis is director of strategic initiatives at the Success Center for California Community Colleges. She supports the 115-college system’s Chancellor’s Office in developing and implementing statewide policy and communicating strategically about initiatives to achieve statewide goals. As a researcher, she has expertise in K-12 and higher education policy focused on college and career readiness and postsecondary completion. She co-founded and co-directed a fellowship for mid-level education policy professionals in California, based on the national Education Policy Fellowship Program, in partnership with the program’s inceptor, the Institute for Educational Leadership. Jodi holds a master’s degree in public policy and administration from Sacramento State, and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and English from Mount St. Mary’s University in Los Angeles.
