Desiree Jauregui is an honors student at Sacramento City and American River College in Sacramento, CA., with plans to graduate with an A.A.-T. in Law, Public Policy, and Society and transfer to a four-year institution whilst simultaneously pursuing an A.A. in Paralegal Studies. These concentrations have provided her with an all-important insight into our complex and ever-changing legal system, where she hopes that her principles and expertise will contribute to a greater sense of equity and justice to marginalized communities.
