Sean C. Pepin currently serves as a Guided Pathways Regional Coordinator for Los Angeles and Orange County. Sean’s 15-year career has primarily focused on Student Life, specifically the co-curricular student experience, teaching leadership courses, and designing retention programs. Sean holds a BA in Ethnic and Gender Studies from the University of Washington-Tacoma, an MA in Higher Education from Western Michigan University, and a Ph.D. in Higher Education, Student Affairs, and International Education Policy from the University of Maryland, College Park. His expertise areas include qualitative research, transformational change, engaged pedagogies, and equity-centered and student-centered practices. On a more personal note, Sean enjoys traveling, trivia nights, and college football.
