Dr. Jainesh (Jay) Singh recently joined the Guided Pathways Regional Coordinator teams. Prior to joining the team, Dr. Singh served as the Director of Academic Support at Hartnell College. He was responsible for collaborating with faculty and administrators to develop academic support and co-curricular programs for students. He was the Co-lead for the Student Equity Achievement Program and served on the College Redesign Steering Team. Dr. Singh received his Doctorate in Educational Leadership. His research focused on Retention and Persistence Among College Men of Color. Jay was born in the Fiji Islands and is proud to be a first-generation college graduate. He enjoys outdoor activities, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
